What you are building
Your AI Voice Model is the reusable instruction document. Your Voice Source Library holds the redacted examples that help you build it. Paste one labeled prompt at a time, and finish that step before moving to the next.
What finished looks like
| Stage | What you have | What happens next |
|---|---|---|
| Classroom interview | An interview in progress, not a finished Voice Model. | Reopen the same conversation and continue at home. |
| Workable V1 | A complete AI Voice Model saved outside the platform and tested in a fresh conversation. | Use it on real work, review every draft, and keep the master somewhere you control. |
Choose your starting point
Use the Baseline and Fresh Interview prompts. Keep the baseline conversation separate from the Build conversation.
Reopen that Build conversation and answer the next question. Any finished model shown in class is a preview, not a substitute for your own interview.
If the class chat is unavailable, start fresh and share any notes you kept. Stay in one Build conversation through the interview and model creation; use a new conversation for the final test.
Before you begin
- Choose the AI platform you are most likely to use.
- Use voice dictation when you can. Talking produces stories, rhythm, and the words you actually use.
- Remove names, financial details, contact information, and other private client information before sharing examples.
- Create an AI Voice Forge folder for the finished model and its supporting material.
Save your baseline
Open a fresh conversation and name it Baseline Control if your platform allows conversation names. Run this prompt before adding any information about your voice. Save the output, then leave this conversation alone.
Baseline prompt
Write a Facebook post for a real estate agent about people who are interested in making a move but keep waiting because they do not feel fully ready. Make it helpful, human, and give them a clear next step.
Start or continue your interview
If you started in class, reopen that chat and continue. If you are starting fresh, open a second fresh conversation. Name it AI Voice Model Build if your platform allows it, then paste the Fresh Interview prompt.
Fresh Interview prompt
I want to build a portable AI Voice Model V1 that I can save outside this platform and use with different AI tools. For this step, conduct only the interview. Do not build the Voice Model yet, and do not begin collecting documents or writing samples yet. Act as a thoughtful interviewer. Ask one question at a time and wait for my answer. Help me get beyond polished or generic answers. When an answer is vague, ask a useful follow-up. Usually ask no more than three follow-ups on one subject, and never more than five. Cover these areas: - Why I entered real estate, what made me stay, and what shaped how I work - The clients I most enjoy helping, the wins I am proud of, and why they matter - A challenge I worked through and what it taught me - What I believe about real estate, clients, service, and the market - Stories, explanations, and advice I repeat often - How I naturally speak and what I never want to sound like - How I want people to feel after hearing from me - How my voice changes across social posts, email, video, and text messages I may use voice dictation. Treat rough wording and spoken examples as useful evidence. Do not polish my answers while interviewing me. When the interview is complete, stop. Summarize what you understand, list important unanswered areas, and tell me I am ready for the Evidence Pass. Do not continue until I paste the next prompt. Start with your first interview question now.
Stopping for the day? Leave the interview conversation where it is. When you return, reopen the same chat and answer the next question. No checkout or resume prompt is needed.
Give the interview useful material
- Answer one question at a time. Let the platform finish its follow-up before jumping ahead.
- Talk the way you would to a real client across the table. Rough spoken answers are useful raw material.
- Give examples. “I believe in communication” is thin. A story about calling a nervous client before they called you gives the model something to learn from.
- If one subject goes too deep, say: “That is enough on this topic. Move to the next area.”
- Do not ask the platform to build the model simply because you need to stop for the day.
Compare the interview with real examples
The interview captures your account of your voice. The Evidence Pass compares it with how you actually speak, write, and edit. Paste this when the interview is complete.
Evidence Pass prompt
The interview is complete. Now guide me through the Evidence Pass. Review the interview and decide what additional evidence would most improve a useful AI Voice Model V1. Use your judgment. You may ask whether I have an email, social post, caption, text message, video or call transcript, voice note, client explanation, difficult communication, or an AI draft I revised because it did not sound right. You may request something else if it would fill an important gap. Follow these rules: 1. Ask for one item at a time. 2. Briefly explain what you hope to learn from it. 3. Remind me to remove names, contact details, financial information, and other private client information. 4. If I do not have the requested item, ask a focused interview question that can uncover similar information. 5. Prioritize the three to five pieces that would make the greatest difference. Stop sooner if you already have enough. 6. Distinguish between an example that truly represents me and one that is only partly right. 7. Do not collect material simply to collect more material. When you have enough, stop requesting evidence. Summarize what the evidence added, identify any remaining gaps, and tell me I am ready for the Readiness Review. Do not build the Voice Model until I approve it in a later step. Begin with the single most valuable evidence request.
Useful evidence examples
| Evidence category | Useful examples | What the AI learns |
|---|---|---|
| Unfiltered spoken voice | A class transcript, voice note, video transcript, call transcript, or client explanation. | Cadence, teaching style, humor, natural transitions, and language before you polish it. |
| Strong finished writing | An email, post, caption, text, bio, script, or difficult communication that genuinely sounds like you. | The public version of your voice and the standards you already apply. |
| Editorial judgment | An AI draft, your edited version, and a short explanation of what felt wrong. | How you make decisions, not only which words survived the edit. |
A few representative pieces are enough. If you lack a requested example, let the AI ask a substitute question.
Check what the AI knows before you approve the build
Review what the AI understands and what remains uncertain before approving the model.
Readiness Review prompt
Conduct the Readiness Review for my AI Voice Model V1. Review the interview and the evidence I supplied. Then tell me: - What you understand clearly - What is supported by direct evidence - What remains thin, uncertain, or inferred - Which gaps can reasonably wait for a later version - Whether you recommend building a useful V1 now If one missing item would make a major difference, ask for only that item. Otherwise, ask me: “Would you like to fill one of the remaining gaps, or should I build your AI Voice Model V1 now?” Wait for my answer. Do not build the model until I approve it.
If the review says…
| Situation | Your move |
|---|---|
| One important area is still missing | Supply that item or answer one more focused question. |
| The remaining gaps can wait | Approve the build and move to Step 6. |
| It keeps asking for material without a clear reason | Ask: “Which one missing item would make the greatest difference? Ask only for that.” |
| It recommends building now | Paste the Build prompt below. |
Turn the interview and evidence into a portable document
When you are ready, use this prompt to create the complete model.
Build Voice Model V1 prompt
Build my AI Voice Model V1 now using the interview and evidence in this conversation. Before writing, silently review everything I supplied. Create one complete, self-contained, copy-ready master document. It must work without access to this conversation and must not refer to things I said “above” or “earlier.” Give the document a title, version number, and creation date. Include: - Identity: who I am, who I serve, my origin story, and what shaped my point of view - Foundation: my beliefs, priorities, client approach, recurring stories, and explanations - Voice: tone, rhythm, sentence patterns, humor, natural language, and patterns to use or avoid - Application: foundational guidance for audiences, emotional positioning, social posts, email, video, and text messages - Operation: a quality checklist, instructions for future writing tasks, and a section called Gaps to Fill Next Distill the evidence into reusable guidance rather than pasting long examples into the model. Preserve useful spoken texture without manufacturing mistakes. Do not invent facts, stories, beliefs, or preferences I did not provide. After the master document, give me a separate five-step save and test checklist. If this platform can create a downloadable Word document, offer to create it. Otherwise, format the model cleanly for copying into Word or Google Docs. Before saving, check for invented details and references to the old chat such as “as discussed above.” Gaps to Fill Next is fine; V1 can improve later.
Keep your reusable model outside the AI platform
Your saved Voice Model V1 is the master. The AI platform receives a working copy.
| Folder | What belongs there |
|---|---|
| AI Voice Forge / 01 AI Voice Model | Your dated Word or Google Docs master. Keep older versions in an Archive subfolder. |
| AI Voice Forge / 02 Voice Source Library | Redacted spoken examples, strong finished writing, and drafts you revised with notes on why. |
| AI Voice Forge / 03 Tests and Drafts | The baseline, fresh-chat tests, and working drafts. |
Your exact saving sequence
- Copy the full model into a new Word document or Google Doc.
- Name it AI Voice Model V1 - Your Name - today's date and save it in 01 AI Voice Model.
- Reopen it to check that the title, final section, headings, and lists copied correctly.
- Treat this file as the master; the platform receives a working copy.
Ask where the model and examples belong
Reusable instruction options and feature names vary by platform. Use the prompt below to ask what fits your platform.
Placement prompt
I have completed and tested my AI Voice Model V1. I also have a Voice Source Library with redacted examples. Help me decide how to use these with this AI platform. Explain what reusable options this platform appears to offer, if you know. Do not assume you can see my settings or files. If you are unsure, tell me what to look for. Recommend where to put the Voice Model, whether any Source Library examples belong there or should stay separate, what to do if there is no reusable area, and how to confirm the model is available in a new conversation. Keep the steps simple. Be clear when you are unsure, and pause if I need to check a setting or describe what I see. Do not change or replace my saved master document.
Activation prompt
Use the attached or pasted AI Voice Model as the primary writing context for this conversation. Confirm that you can read it. Do not summarize it and do not write anything yet. Wait for my first task.
Run the same assignment again
Open a fresh conversation with only the saved model. Run the same assignment you used for the baseline.
Fresh conversation test
Using only the AI Voice Model I provided, write a Facebook post for a real estate agent about people who are interested in making a move but keep waiting because they do not feel fully ready. Make it helpful, human, and give them a clear next step.
Look for
| Quality | Ask yourself |
|---|---|
| Point of view | Does the draft take a position I would actually take? |
| Natural language | Would I say these words out loud? |
| Audience understanding | Does this understand a real client, or only a demographic label? |
| Rhythm | Does it move and breathe like I do, or feel like generic content copy? |
| Next step | Does the close sound like an invitation I would make? |
| Portability | Did it work without access to the original interview? |
If the test works, you have a Workable V1. If it misses, repair only what this first version needs.
Initial Repair prompt
Compare this draft with my AI Voice Model. Identify which instructions the draft followed, which it missed, and whether the problem is the draft or a missing or unclear instruction in the model. Suggest only the smallest specific changes needed to make this Voice Model V1 work properly. Do not add an ongoing refinement system and do not rewrite the complete master until I approve the proposed repairs.
Approve only accurate repairs. Update the saved master and platform copy, then test again.
Give your model one real assignment
Use the model for one post, email, video outline, text, or client explanation you already need.
Real Work prompt
Use my attached or active AI Voice Model for this assignment. TASK: [DESCRIBE WHAT YOU NEED] AUDIENCE: [WHO THIS IS FOR] FORMAT OR PLATFORM: [EMAIL, POST, VIDEO OUTLINE, TEXT, OR OTHER] DESIRED OUTCOME: [WHAT I WANT THE PERSON TO UNDERSTAND, FEEL, OR DO] Ask me no more than two questions if something essential is missing. Then give me one strong draft for my review, not finished material that can be published without a human read.
Read the draft out loud. Correct facts and wording you would not use. Copy, edit, paste.
Your Workable V1 checklist
- I saved the generic baseline in a separate control conversation.
- I completed the interview, continuing in the same chat whenever I paused.
- The AI requested only the most useful additional evidence.
- I reviewed the readiness summary and approved the build.
- My complete AI Voice Model V1 is saved outside the platform.
- My Voice Source Library has a clear place to grow.
- I loaded only the saved model into a fresh conversation.
- The model passed the fresh-conversation test or I completed the initial repair.
- I know the first real piece of work I will use it on.
Safety and compliance
- I redacted private client information before uploading examples.
- I did not upload material I do not have the right to use.
- I will treat every AI output as a draft and verify facts before publishing.
- I will review every output for brokerage requirements and Fair Housing compliance.
- I will give every draft one final human read. Copy, edit, paste.
One step, then the next.
If you are starting fresh, create the Baseline Control sample and then paste the Fresh Interview prompt into a separate Build conversation. If you started in class, reopen that conversation and answer the next question. That is how you finish with something you can actually use.
